We appreciate that you may have a few questions about delivery and we have tried to cover the most frequently asked to make your purchase from us a little easier.

Where will my purchase ship from?

We are a UK based company and all items are stocked and dispatched from our warehouse in Manchester.

How long will it take you to ship my purchase?

We aim to have your purchase packed and sent out for delivery within 3-5 working days of receipt of cleared funds.

Who will you use to deliver my purchase?

We use Royal Mail to delivery your Salkin items.

Will I have to sign for the delivery?

No, our products are small and will be posted through your letter box.

Can I track my order?

We do not currently offer tracked services however, you can give us a quick call or email to request that we send your delivery by recorded mail. There will be an additional charge for this service.

How much does postage cost?

A flat rate of £2.70. Regardless of many products you buy from us – the delivery charge is always £2.70 per order.


Returns & Cancellations

We hope you are delighted with your product from Salkin. Occasionally, we know that you will want to return items.

Hassle Free Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, no problem.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to return the goods for a full refund within 7 days beginning the day after you receive the goods.

We request that you return the products you would like to return in their original wrapping / packaging, and in a resaleable condition, within 7 days of the day after you received them. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will happily refund you the cost of the product along with the initial postage and packaging charges.

Unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for the cost of returning the product to ourselves.

When sending goods back to us, we suggest you use registered post as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit to us when unrecorded delivery methods have been used. If you do return your products via registered post please retain your proof of postage.


Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are automatically entitled to a 7 day cancellation period, during which time you can contact us using any of the details below to let us know you would like to cancel your order.
